Glean requires a 100-seat minimum
Even if you only have 80 employees, you pay for 100. And the $50/user price is the starting point; Glean charges more for advanced features and larger deployments.
Copilot requires E3/E5 licenses
The $30/user/month is on top of your existing M365 license cost. And Copilot only covers M365 data by default; searching Workday or ServiceNow requires separately configured Graph Connectors.
